Perfect location at 8th x 37th street. Very close to Penn station, Hell’s Kitchen, and Chelsea. Spacious rooms with lots of privacy for each guest. Host was wonderful too!

I think that the property was perfect for us. The location was good for us as far as where we needed to go to our meetings, etc. I wish they would have put the table on the wall where the big mirror is at… And hang the TV where the mirror is at And then put a larger couch across from where the TV would be hung or maybe two more chairs because we had four people and it was uncomfortable at night trying to watch TV with for adult adults and us loveseat seats too, but if they would add another loveseat or Rearrange where the TV is so that the space would work for two love seats or one larger couch, which I understand that getting a large couch up, there would be difficult with the turn in the Stairway, but anyway that’s my opinion. Victoria was great to work with. She was prompt in all her answers and we would love to stay there again. I would just maybe hope that they would rearrange the living area, a different way and add some more seating comfortable seating that is.

Good location, well connected. Cheap polyester sheets. Not stocked well - only one roll of toilet paper available for a group of 6 for 6 days, took 2 days to replace it along with other basic amenities (dishwasher and laundry detergent, paper towels). washer/dryer super slow and not drying completely. Curtain rod spontaneously fell. Skylight is leaking.Otherwise clean apartment with a fully operational kitchen. Overall an okay place but expected more for the price.
