Head to the Llano River for some trout fishing or rent some kayaks across the river next to the Castell Store or bring your own! In the evening, retreat to the cabin to enjoy smores around the firepit. On the weekends, the Castell Store is the place to be with yummy food, special events and fun galore!

The cabin was a very nice little cabin. The only problem was we had to fight the red wasps that kept coming into the cabin. We couldn't get outside because no one had trimmed bushes or mowed the grass in a long time. It was decorated very nicely. The shower was a good shower and loved they provided ice trays. I think if someone would mow and trim the shrubs and kill the cactus around the cabin, it would have been a very nice place. But it was a nice place to get away for a short while.
