Three bedrooms, two baths. Sleeps 6 comfortably. Completely furnished and ready for your family. Flat Screen TVS in master bedroom and living room with DVD player in living room. Both TVs are equipped with basic cable. WIFI available. Big, roomy kitchen. Large decks in the front and back. Enjoy the wildlife in the surrounding pastures. We have stayed here for several years and it is a great experience. Our daughter and her family will be staying here in December as well.

Great Stay. We came for the April 2024 eclipse and worried that we heard horror stories of other travelers dealing with canceled reservations due to demand from the eclipse. Not Lori -- she was aware of the possibility of short term gain, but as she said, she does not operate that way. We appreciate her integrity, and also how cordial and helpful she is as the property host. House is great -- all that is advertised. We loved the scenery in the Texas hill country and enjoyed the surrounding areas including Fredericksburg. The scnery on the property -- wildflowers and Cactus plants, as well as the horses and the cat, were great. We recommend this property, and Lori, without hesitation. If you're looking to get away and enjoy Texas hill country, look no further!
