The renovated bathroom features a spacious shower.
Located in the Komponistenviertel neighborhood, the tram stop is just a few minutes’ walk away, putting the city center only a few minutes’ ride away. The Baltic Sea resort of Warnemünde is also just a 25-minute ride away by public transportation.
By car, you can even reach the Baltic Sea in under 20 minutes. Free public parking is available on the street in front of the property.
