We offer our guests the ultimate Hermann lodging experience at the Brick Cellar Estate, cira 1843. On the National Historic Register and views of the Missouri River, step back in time in our beautiful home. Besides enjoying our spacious home, we also offer plenty of outdoor space for nights under the stars around the firepit. Staying at the Brick Cellar Estate allows you to experience the serenity of the Missouri countryside less than a mile from the center of town. The Hermann Trolley picks up and drops off at our location, so spend the day visiting shops, restaurants, and wineries in beautiful Hermann with no worries about parking or directions. This stay was a mixed bag for us. Very thankful that there were enough beds for all 9 of us from extended family to stay together while attending our niece/granddaughter/cousin's wedding next door at the Hermann Hill Weddings venue without having to drive back and forth to St Charles. The beds were a mix of comfy and quite firm. I recommend that if you have a member of your party who is elderly and unsteady on their feet, this option is not for you. Not enough handrails at the two lower-step entrances or other outdoor steps to the cabin that was otherwise safest for my mother to access. All of her movements between the house and cabin had to be with assistance since there was nothing for her to hold. The cabins were nice enough but the option of stronger lighting would be welcome. Communication responses to questions were always quick. Old homes tend to have challenges and we made it work. I know the upstairs A/C being down was a fluke on timing - it happens and we eventually got enough fans going to make it tolerable. Beautiful, historical space. And exploring Hermann when we weren't needed for wedding events was close by and fun.

House is nice, it worked for our adult family weekend adventure. Was nice to sit outside around the fire pit. Nice & close to everything.
