 Main Bedroom: A spacious haven with a plush king-sized bed for a restful night's sleep, a beautiful reading nook with couch, a sitting bench, and a large walk-in closet. This room has its' own private, adjoining full bath.

 Second Bedroom: This room has a full trundle bed with a twin trundle. This room also has a closet, desk, and desk chair.

 Third Bedroom:
This room has a queen bed, closet, desk, and desk chair.

Security

Safety cameras at front and back doors. Every camera faces outward, and cannot see inside the home. They can record both audio and video of the outside, not inside, the home.
Noise monitor in living room captures noise levels (not any sound) to prevent parties, which are prohibited. Noise monitor also has an integrated smoke, weed, and vape monitor, to prevent prohibited smoking activities.
Ecobee smart thermostat does not record any audio or video and microphone is off. The thermostat is also not connected to any other smart device except an air quality monitor, located in the main bedroom.
