For game day, you will enjoy several TVs throughout the home, but the best part is the covered deck with comfy seating, propane grill and large screen TV. You are able to effortlessly serve your guests from the kitchen using the "pass through" window with bar stools.

Our quaint, Golf Cart/cycling community offers a diverse list of places to go & things to do. Golf carts and bicycles are available for rent. Our white sand beach is a must see. Just a stroll away, you'll enjoy some of the best sun rises and sets!
Stop by the Saturday Farmers market for locally made foods, arts and more. We have 2 parks; one is a walking park nearby the home and the other is located less than a mile from the home, just a stroll down 2nd Street. It has a playground, Splash pad, gorgeous Oak trees and both face the Gulf. Directly across the street are Tennis Courts and, in progress now is the new Pickle Ball court. There is a basketball court as well. If you love golfing, take your choice of the 20 + courses in the area. Dock your boat in the harbor just across from downtown. Fishing charters are also at your fingertips. Take a short stroll to restaurants and local shops of all kinds including our popular Library.
