Located in the heart of Pass Christian, in the Timber Ridge Community, on a serene bay inlet that leads out to the Bay of St. Louis, “One Big Holiday” offers some of the most breathtaking sunrises, sunsets and then some. Our outdoor area is the perfect spot to relax and unwind! Take a soak in our hot tub, go for a stroll on the water in one of our kayaks, play a game of ping pong, or grab a seat in one of our Adironak chairs while listening to the waterfall and enjoying the fresh air and beautiful scenery that our amazing home has to offer! The Timber Ridge Community also has many amenities for you to enjoy such as a community Swimming Pool, Basketball Court, Tennis Court, Picnic Area, Playground, Boat Launch, Covered Pavilion, & Fish Cleaning Station!

Offering 3 bedrooms, 3 and 1/2 bathrooms, our home sleeps 4 to 6 adults with 2 children, or 4 adults and 6 children comfortably. Open and spacious living area, queen size sleeper sofa. Large dining area with a full size dining table that seats 6 plus a breakfast bar with seating for two, in addition to our full size dining table that seats 6 on our screened in deck overlooking the water. Our kitchen is stocked with all that you would need to prepare a family meal in the event that you decide to stay in and cook.
All Bedrooms and the Living Room have TV`s that offer YouTubeTV, Netflix, Hulu, & Disney +.
Down the hallway is our half bathroom and laundry area equipped with a full size washer and dryer.
Our master bedroom boasts a king size bed, large flat screen tv, large double closets, a small office nook with a desk, and a private sunroom. Our master bathroom has a his and hers sinks, large soaking tub and tiled walk-in shower.
The first guest bedroom has a queen size bed, large double closets, a tv, and it’s own private bathroom with a walk-in shower.
The bunk room has double sets of twin bunk beds, large double closets, a tv, and its own private bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Check Out: Check out for departing guests will be 10:00am.
Early/Late check in/out may be available with enough notice and an additional charge.

Absolutely NO SMOKING inside the property! Please dispose of cigarette butts safely and do not leave them on the grounds of the property. IF YOU OR ANY OF YOUR GUESTS SMOKE INSIDE OF THE PROPERTY, A $500 FEE WILL BE ASSESSED. PRIMARY GUEST IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL COSTS INCURRED WITH DAMAGES AND MITIGATION IF COSTS EXCEED $500.
NO PARTIES OR EVENTS OF ANY KIND are to be held at this property. Unauthorized parties or events will be assessed a $500 FINE.
MAX NUMBER OF GUEST ALLOWED is 10. NO overnight guest other than those listed on your guest registration when your reservation was made. If you have guests other than those listed, the guest will be asked to leave, and you will be FINED $100 per guest that is not listed on your registration.
ALL GUESTS are subject to removal from the property by Property Management for violating ANY terms of this agreement. NO REFUNDS will be given.
PROPERTY IS EQUIPPED WITH LIVE, EXTERIOR SECURITY CAMERAS.
NO PETS of any kind are permitted. Any unauthorized pets will result in a $500 FINE.
The City of Pass Christian asks for QUIET HOURS to be between 10:00pm – 8:00am. This means NO loud music or high-energy activity outside during these hours.
SWIMMING IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.
NO GLASS of any kind is permitted in the Hot Tub area.
Babies MUST wear a swim diaper while in the Hot Tub. If an accident does occur in the Hot Tub, you may be subject to an additional fee for cleanup.
ALL CHILDREN, under the age of 16, are NOT PERMITTED in the hot tub/water area without an adult present. ALL CHILDREN MUST BE SUPERVISED AT ALL TIMES.
NO sandy shoes inside the property. Please remove your shoes prior to entry. There is a hose provided outside to rinse sandy clothing and shoes off.
DO NOT move furniture. No inside furniture is to be moved outside. No outside furniture is to be moved inside.
NO wet towels or clothing items on any of the furniture, beds, hardwood floors or carpet/rugs.
When away from the property, set the thermostat at 77 degrees in the summer and 68 degrees in the winter.
DO NOT park in the grass or on the side of the road. ONLY park in the driveway.
NO trailers, boats or RV’s are permitted without prior approval.
DO NOT move the grill or leave it unattended while in use.
Any loss/damages are to be reported IMMEDIATELY. You are responsible for any loss or damage to items, apart from normal wear-and-tear items like light bulbs, etc. ANY damages or missing items during your visit will forfeit or be deducted from your deposit.
Upon departure, please follow the check-out instructions to ensure that you receive your full security deposit back.

It was conveniently located for us. The home was clean and the management was great. The neighbors were pleasant too. We enjoyed the back porch in the evenings and the beds at night! Spacious rooms for us to relax all around the home.

Not exactly like the listing. Multiple issues need to be addressed and I feel like they won’t. I let the realtor that takes care of the place know if all issues but I feel they fell on deaf ears.
Inside: the coffee pot was broken but not replaced for us. Had a Keurig so we had to go buy those. The microwave didn’t have a plate inside, found it broken inside closet (it’s been there for a minute). The steps in back are about to break and fall through. Need repair. Lightbulbs out throughout house and above stove with no replacements around.
