Attention, adventurous families and relaxation seekers! We have the perfect hideaway for your next holiday! Welcome to our townhouse in the quiet and charming residential area of Sant Vicenç de Montalt.
With easy access to main roads, you won’t get lost (unless you want to, then go ahead!). The area is so quiet that the only noise will be your own shouts of joy and birds singing.

Bathrooms: 3 bathrooms, so no morning line-ups. Hallelujah!
Kitchen: Fully equipped. Perfect for cooking, or at least looking like you tried.
Living-Dining Room: Spacious and cozy, with a fireplace for romantic nights or marshmallow roasting (why not!).
Attic: A perfect nook for working (or playing, we won’t tell).
Outdoor Area: Porch, outdoor dining, garden with loungers, and a barbecue screaming “grill me!”
Solarium: For sunbathing and worthy tans.
Parking: Because even your car needs a holiday.
