About this apartment rental
This beautiful 2-bedroom apartment (plus a very comfortable 2-person sleeper sofa) with breathtaking ocean views is located 100 meters from the beach. It offers parking, Wi-Fi, a spacious terrace, and two beautiful swimming pools. This apartment is perfect for families (high chair and changing pad provided) as well as for couples or friends. The surrounding area is ideal for all kinds of outdoor activities, as it is located by the sea and very close to various nature reserves, rivers, and golf courses.
The apartment complex is situated on a hillside by the sea, so the rear entrance is at ground level (Block 3, first floor A), but the front—the pool side—is on the first floor, offering a stunning view. Upon entering, you’ll find an open space/hallway that leads to the living room, dining room with open kitchen, and to both terraces (front and back). This large entryway also features doors leading to the bedrooms and bathrooms.
The entire apartment is at your disposal, with the exception of one of the many built-in closets, which contains our storage items.
Quiet neighborhood with the beach just a 5-minute walk away, featuring a cozy beach bar.
Parking space 11 in the parking garage is reserved for our guests
Plenty of towels, dish towels, kitchen towels, dish soap, dishwasher tablets, toilet paper, shampoo, shower gel, a bottle of wine, a bottle of water, and coffee will be waiting for you upon arrival so you can start enjoying your vacation right away!
It is prohibited to remove any items or alter the way the property is presented to you.
It is prohibited to cause noise disturbances or inconvenience to neighbors.
Quiet hours are from 14.00 - 15.30 and 22.00 - 08.00
Smoking is not permitted inside the property, but is allowed on the terrace.
Smoking is not permitted by the pool. Glass is also not allowed in the pool.
Air conditioning units must be turned off when leaving the property or in rooms that are not in use. The owner reserves the right to charge additional fees if the kW limit is exceeded.
