South West orientation to enjoy the sun of Andalusia and next to the Calataraje stream, sheltered from the wind. Ideal to get away from noise, breathe fresh air and see the stars in the sky. It is ideal for families with children, to enjoy and play in the garden and with other children of the urbanization, mostly Spanish, French and Belgian. Gated community with large pool and paddle court. It is located 1km from the beach and only 3 from Torreguadiaro and Puerto de Sotogrande where it has an excellent gastronomic offer. At 4 kilometers, you will also find the Port and the Duquesa Castle with numerous pubs, bars and restaurants. The Bahia de las Rocas urbanization has spectacular views of Gibraltar and the Moroccan Coast. It is excellently communicated by the AP-7 motorway and the A7 motorway to the main towns of the Costa del Sol, Estepona (20 kms) Marbella and Puerto Banús (35 Kms). Nearby airports Malaga (90 Kms), Gibraltar (30Kms) and Jerez de la Frontera (120Km). The car is recommended and has an underground parking space included in the price. Booked last minute. Lovely property with large, private outside space & access to nice communal pool (unheated so slightly chilly in early May). Well equipped with dishwasher, washing machine & microwave. Easily accessible underground parking. No cafes/restaurants/shops in walking distance but very short drive to Sotogrande Port & beaches.
Very impressed & would definitely return.

The apartment is large and spacious, all of the electrical appliances appear to have been replaced. The wardrobes in each of the bedrooms have lots of room with another wardrobe in the large hall.
The apartment is south facing and the large terrace and garden attract lots of sun.
There is also secure underground parking.
Jose was instantly responsive with any queries we had.

Our family of 5 stayed in Jose’s apartment for two weeks. It was spacious and clean and had everything we needed. It has air con, great showers, a large terrace and large private garden. The shared pool was lovely and there were plenty of sunbeds! Jose gave us advice on where to go and places to see and good restaurants! He also met us at midnight when we arrived T the apartment. We would definitely come back.
Highly recommend trips to Ronda and Gibraltar.

We, a family of 5, had a great and relaxed holiday, and really enjoyed the spacious and comfortable apartment. It was a perfect base for our visits to the surrounding attractions, including Gibraltar.
However, a car is a must to get around, at least to get to the nearest supermarket.

We have really enjoyed our stay in this great appartment. The owner is very helpful and provided us with good tips. The appartment itself is very clean and spacious and has everything you will need. We traveled with 2 kids and they loved the garden and pool. The appartment is pretty close to the beach but a car is definitely a must.

We had a great holiday in Spain during our stay at this apartment. We arrived around midnight and there was a kind women waiting for us with the keys. We parked our car in the private parking spot below the appartment. After that we took the elevator to the appartment and we got guided through the appartment. The appartment was very clean and had everything we needed. We travelled with 6 persons and there was plenty of space for everyone. The view from the private garden was beautiful, you can see the sea and mountains while dining outside:). The swimming pool was very clean and we used it a lot.
It's only a few minutes drive to the beach and there are plenty of shops and supermakets nearby. Gibraltar is at a 40 min drive from the appartment and worth visiting.
