The house was clean and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen was not stocked well, especially for trying to prepare some Thanksgiving dishes, it was missing hot pads, measuring cups and spoons, the toaster was broken. There were no bath mats, there was a stain on the master bedroom comforter and there was not mattress pad covering the mattress. Several pillows had stains on them. But other than that the place was clean, and easy to find, the light was out on the porch and it was dark when we arrived. It was basic and it was fine for what we needed. No frills or luxury at all.
