    The standard room had smell of mold so we had to upgrade and pay extra so that we don't have to sleep in that smell, view is good but better to go to Aroma hotel which is exactly opposite to it and honestly seemed so much better

    When we booked through Agoda, it was mentioned that this was the last room available, so we went ahead and reserved it. However, upon arrival, we were shocked to find that the room was located in the basement, right next to the kitchen and storage area, with almost no natural light. When we requested a different room, the staff refused, stating that it was the only one available. We couldn’t sleep all night due to the constant noise from those areas, which started again as early as 6 a.m. Had we known this was the room being offered, we would have booked elsewhere. We are extremely disappointed—with both the hotel and Agoda—for failing to provide clear information about the room’s actual condition.
