About this house rental
Upon entering, enjoy the light-drenched living space with open-concept kitchen and dining. Open the wall of sliding glass doors to the outside deck to take advantage of supreme indoor-outdoor living, complete with a gas grill and patio furniture. As the sun sets, light a fire in the natural stone fire pit below. The biggest bedroom is on the ground floor and has its own en-suite full bathroom, making it ideal for a couple or older person who doesn’t want to climb stairs to their bedroom. The other full bathroom has a soaking tub and is also on the ground floor; this is the bathroom shared by the other three bedrooms (which are found upstairs). Of the four bedrooms, two have queen beds, one has a full bed, and the other, a twin bed.
We have completely remodeled this property from the ground up, with the intention of maximizing comfort and design. Relax in the serene atmosphere of the main living room adorned with skylights or lounge in the spa-like bathrooms. Included is a washer/dryer, Amazon Fire Stick, brand new heating/cooling system, brand new electric and plumbing, and fast WiFi.
There is a custom metal electric gate that opens to a secured parking pad for two cars in the back of the property. Public parking in front of the house is ample and safe, and most neighbors also use public street parking in the front. The house is on a quiet, dead-end street, right off the bustling 4th St. You get the best of both worlds: super centrally located but also in a very quiet pocket. Extremely close to OSU, Short North, and downtown Columbus. A few minutes drive gets you anywhere you want to be in the city, and a well-stocked ALDI is a three minute drive away.
Perfect for anyone coming into town for an activity in central Columbus, be it at the Convention Center, OSU, Children's Hospital, Riverside Hospital, The James, or the Ohio State Fairgrounds. 4th St and Summit are both one-way thoroughfares with well-marked bike lanes, that quickly get you to breweries, the Short North, or Downtown in just a few minutes. Our neighbors are friendly and helpful.
