    I booked two rooms The other room is for my parents,they have to ask to change the beddings as it’s dirty,even the bathroom is terrible the water from the sink barely flowing,even the doorknob they have to change because its not opening.the surroundings of the area is dirty too Although they are in beach front which is a good thing they should maintain the facilities and cleanliness

    The staff was not so accommodating. It says on the description that a bottled water will be provided. their wifi is also not working. The room looks terrible with 2 small pillows and small blanket. The towels are not water absorbent. The toilet seat cover is damaged. The AC isn't cool enough even it's maxxed. Our experience on this room is terrible.

    The location was decent and transport options made getting around fairly easy. However, the cleanliness and available amenities left much to be desired and the facilities were quite lacking overall, which felt overpriced for what was offered.

    The only reason we stayed the night - we had no other choice 'cause we checked in late at night and were too tired. Location-wise, it's okay; right around the center of Urbiztondo for you to get to places easily. But beachside is way too rocky - unless you're really into the surfing activities. Expectations vs reality - the pictures posted here are not what they seem. We had such a small room that one of us had to either get on top of the bed or move to the far side of the room just to pass. The cleanliness - so bad. The linens had stains on them. The curtains were old and dusty - and even the windows. The wall fan was so dirty - that actual dust flew from it when we first opened it. The A/C was noisy as hell especially for that small room - but it did it's job. When we got there - 3 dead roaches in the room and comfort room. The pipes were leaking non-stop in the CR. Also, I don't know how long ago and how bad the previous cleaning was that the bucket they had already has so much dirt, particles, and worms swimming in it. The toilet - damn. The flush wasn't working, it was so dirty too. I had to flush it thrice with the bucket just to get rid of all the dirty water.
