Most of the staff we encountered during our stay were nice. The pools and gardens are nice
The property was dirty on arrival. The boiler was faulty. There was a day where there was no running water in the property. The hosts charge extra for towels, bed linen (a basic thing at all other accommodations I have stayed at). Beds and pillows are extremely uncomfortable. A staff member wrote to me after my stay in the most rude, disrespectful and unprofessional manner I have ever experienced in my life. No clear expectations were given on end of stay standards.
