About this chalet rental
This 34 m² chalet offers an exceptional view of the Mediterranean and the Etang de Thau.
Furnished seasonal rental completely renovated and very well equipped, all comforts, chalet located 3 km from the shops in a magnificent pine forest, on the hillside on Mont Saint Loup.
A totally pedestrian but cycle path allows you to access the beaches and Cap d'Agde which are 4 km away.
This is a residence and not a campsite, so there is no entertainment, just peace and quiet and a wonderful view of the sea.

You will be welcomed on site by Amélie who will show you how the chalet works (air conditioning, dishwasher, washing machine) and badges for entry into the residence and at the swimming pool.
In case of late arrival in the evening, the concierge will be closed.
The concierge service will also be closed on Sundays. Departure and inventory of fixtures are therefore not possible on a Sunday unless prior agreement is made at the time of rental.
Rest assured, for late arrivals and on Sundays, a key box is available outside the residence in a dedicated room belonging to the condominium.
The number of this key box and the opening code will be communicated to you if necessary.
You can enter the residence at any time by car and access the chalet.
Pets are not allowed unless previously agreed.
