No avisaron de que era un 4° piso sin ascensor. El parking incómodo para un coche grande y no está en el mismo edificio

Good location. Large apartment. The apartment has everything you need. Good conditions. Clean bathroom. There is a terrace - convenient, although I didn't need it. Overall, I recommend this lovely place if it is cheaper than competitors in a given situation.
Terrible Wi-Fi (slow speed, constant disconnections). I used my mobile internet from my cell phone, which works in roaming—it was a much better solution for me. Small TV. It is not possible to watch Netflix or connect an external device wirelessly.

Great location, comfortable bed and all amenities
Needs a proper shower head to stop water going everywhere. 4 flights of stairs won’t suit elderly or unfit.
