This place location was perfect and price is good. So don't expect sound insulation to be great as your expectations. The only down side was the marijuana smell was quite strong inside the building.

Near NANA BTS STN, great for backpacking and those looking for gimmick, just around the area

Pros: The price is affordable, the location is very convenient, and it’s close to the BTS station. The staff were also quite friendly. Cons: The air conditioning was not cold at all, even after setting it to 16°C and full power. There was also an unpleasant smell in the bathroom. Towels were not replaced when the room was unoccupied. The soundproofing was poor, so it could be quite noisy, especially when other guests were around. Overall, the location and price are good, but there are several areas that could be improved, especially the air conditioning, cleanliness, and soundproofing.
