Cleaniness, space, food and location not far from Haram (15-20 min)
Nothing major, maybe showers need some renovation to avoid water spillage

I really liked the room; the ambiance was warm, inviting, and very well designed.
The shuttle service drops guests quite far from the entrance and in front of another hotel, which was inconvenient. Additionally, the breakfast could be improved, as the selection was quite basic and limited.

Close to Haram
No close good restaurants. The staff were not helpful. They gave us a smaller room than what we booked. We were transferred later at night and our booked meals were skipped due to this hassle . No iron board and the iron was not clean. No shower curtains
