Blue Charm - Campolide Apartments

Wygodne łóżka, dwa oddzielne pokoje.

Wszechobecne małe mrówki w kuchni. Brzydki zapach z łazienki przez cały wyjazd. Popsuty toster.

Elhelyezkedése nagyon jó, a közelben van a Sete Rios buszmegálló. Tágas szobák és kényelmes ágyak voltak. A szállásadó nagyon készséges volt, minden kérdés során a rendelkezésünkre állt.

Nagyon vékony falak vannak az apartmanban, így a szomszédot pontosan lehetett hallani. Az edények tisztasága sem volt makulátlan. Az apartman szép, de a képek némileg jobb állapotról árulkodnak.

A acomodação era boa e limpa, estávamos em família e serviu muito bem para a gente. Os Apartamentos eram confortáveis e limpos. As chaves vieram com um código de acesso e o anfitrião respondia sempre que perguntássemos. Além disso, tínhamos estacionamento perto na rua

Não gostamos das escadas. Estávamos com crianças e malas pesadas, mas enfim, tudo certo também. Não gostamos da localização. A rua era um pouco deserta e não nos sentimos confortáveis para andar a noite a pé. Mas de resto tudo bem.

These are not the "superior apartments" that the listing claims; they are basic and equipped from Ikea. No air conditioning, and only one fan provided between the two rooms with a bed. However, our stay was OK. .It is clear enough from the pictures, but I hadn't appreciated that the second bed is in the open-plan kitchen/diner/lounge, which was strange but actually not a problem for us. Facilities are basic (eg fridge/freezer with no door on the freezer compartment; microwave as the only oven with no instructions (I found a 30-second button and just used that), cheap flatware cutlery). Property is only about a 6-minute walk from Campolide station, which is just one stop and a few minutes from Rossio in the centre of the city. No cooking ingredients (eg oil, salt) left in the kitchen. Lidl is about 20 minutes' walk away. There are four parking spaces 50 metres away; we were lucky to get the last one as I think finding an alternative would not be easy. There is a skateboard park outside the lounge window, with people using it until close to midnight.

You have to log onto a website to get a code to enter your apartment (the code for the front door is sent in an email). My experience may have been a one-off, but when I tried to log on I was asked to complete payment first, when Booking.com had taken full payment two days previously. This led to a long exchange on WhatsApp, with staff sending us various numbers to try, but in the end we were given the code to a key safe, which worked, and we used the key rather than a code. So I suggest you try to log on as soon as you get the email with the link, and don't wait until you're at the property, as I did. (Our experience may have been a factor in them allowing us to leave our cases in the apartment until 1300, or they may just be helpful.)
