The location is ideal, (5' away from cable-car (doable also with ski-boots and ski 😉)) Close to everything one may need in Courmayeur Parking in the basement is the cherry on the top of the cake. The owner was available quickly and with clear instructios.

I really enjoed eveything of our staying. I trust the owner will stalk the building facility services to fix for good the heating system (managed centrally).

Perfect location to enjoy Courmayeur

We had a fabulous stay in Courmayeur. The initial email we received from the hosts had all of the information to make it an easy process to access the keys and get into the apartment. The place was spacious, warm (while it was snowing outside), had gorgeous mountain views and had everything we needed for an amazing stay. The kitchen was well stocked, the shower was hot and had great pressure, the bed was very comfortable, WiFi was quick and there really was nothing the hosts hadn’t thought of. The location is incredible, you are a short walk from some amazing restaurants and the center of town which is lovely to explore and we enjoyed the proximity to the ski hill. We would not hesitate to book the apartment again, it was perfect for our stay!

Courmayeur is lovely and the views are amazing

The property was large enough with a living room we never used as it was separate, the bedroom was very nice Views were beautiful to see !!

Different to get in as we had to find a lock box at the back of the building in the pouring down rain then get it open. The combination was not correct so more rain on us as we struggled to open the box .. not convenient at all !!

The host treated us as a bother/liability vs a paying guest.

The location was very central and the scenery was beautiful. The lush green trees and mountains were stellar.

The host that we were in contact with did not deliver on her promise to solve the front door entry dilemma that plagued us since our arrival. We were relegated to enter and exit through the garage. I was not comfortable with this as it bothered my lungs to breath in the stale/mouldy air down there and the roof tiles were crumbling to the floor. It was not safe. In fact, there were no cars parked there at all.

Nice views .. not sure I’d stay here again

Very difficult to get in this apartment Keys were very tricky, didn’t work well I didn’t receive an arrival letter so using the hot water which was cold wasn’t explained, the entrance was dark and difficult to access with no lights in a dark hallway at night! How to heat it as it was cool and rainy .. how to use the trash as it’s not marked on what or where ?? The rooms are separate rooms so the kitchen, living room (which we never used) and the bedroom were all separate and not flowing into a central space .. not only no hot water but when we found a light switch to heat a tank above the tub no shower curtain or no plug to fill a tub !! All and all the view of the hills was lovely but the unit is strange .. old and tired I’d give it a 4 out of a 10. Plus getting the key out of a lock box in pouring down rain exposed was very difficult Loved Courmayeur, Janet

Un ottimo soggiorno in centro a Courmayeur

L’appartamento si trova in pieno centro a Courmayeur e a pochi passi dalla funivia che porta alle piste. L’arredamento è molto accogliente e l’appartamento é dotato di tutto quanto può occorrere. Inoltre è disponibile un terrazzino con una vista meravigliosaX che è un punto di forza anche delle finestre dell’appartamento. L’host è molto disponibile e soprattutto veloce nel rispondere. Un altro grande punto di forza è la presenza di un parcheggio privato.

Non ho commenti negativi particolari, se non l’accesso un po difficoltoso al garage in quanto è molto stretto.
