The environment is amazing and the kids like the pool. The house owner prepares seasoning and good for my family.
The rooms are not in the same side and I have to move between these two sides. Not a big deal.

1. The Villa is located in a quite area
2. The rooms are large
3. The villa is very clean
4. The host is very friendly and helpful
5. The pool is pretty large and water is clean
1. The master bedroom does not have an attached bathroom
2. The bathtub in the master bathroom not well planned. Huge chances of slipping
3. The linen is not very fresh. Also they should give more towels
4. The AC is master bedroom is quite small and does not cool the room properly
5. It is difficult to find taxis and Grab takes about 10 minutes to arrive at any time of the day
6. The pillows are not very comfortable

Everything was perfect, amazing pool for the kids, very spacious rooms, and so, so clean. Li was so polite and respectful. I wasn't a fan of Pattaya, but the villa is just far enough away from the shadier areas that my wife would kill me if I had visited lol. So it's very family-friendly and there's a lovely beach and a market full of food stalls/restaurants within a 5-10 minute walk. You won't be disappointed staying here, I promise. Thanks so much, Li, for an outstanding stay.
The weather, but considering it was the rainy season, we only had cloudy days that really didn't spoil our time at the Villa.
