This beautiful Villa Townhouse home of ours where impeccable attention is paid to the smallest detail is situated in what we believe in the best location of Pattaya. Giving you, your family or friends the best of both worlds when you want to escape and take a holiday from your every day. It allows you to be in the cleaner, quieter and hassle free area that you can relax and enjoy this luxury boutique home and the beach which is only 350mtrs away....
Our unique White Elegance with a touch of modern & serene luxury and style home which is spread over 3 floors and a rooftop area, is perched on the subtle hillside of Prattumnak beach and just behind a serene small golf course.... always lets us relax and enjoy the comforts it has for us. Get away from it all and relax in our home or get out and experience the treasures this great country has to offer. Our Beautiful accommodation features: A fully equipped Kitchen... meaning you can still have that cup of coffee in the morning, cook up a feast, whatever your Heart desires (with a mini Plasma to even watch your best cooking shows). A enticing Dining Room that has a Wall Bar if you feel like having a glass of wine with your meal or a even make yourself a Vodka cocktail after your Meal with your Desert...
(A guest bathroom is also on this floor)
An open plan Lounge room that spills out on to the front outside BBQ / Entertaining / Pool Areaand consisting of the latest 55" High Definition / 3D Smart TV that has Inbuilt Internet and Automatic Synching with the Surround Sound System for maximum effect, performance and enjoyment (Cable, DVD, Blue Ray, USB) and a amazing Surround Sound System to allows you to watch and listen to whatever your heart desires (films, sports, documentaries etc) and really enjoy it. And of course Sony Play Station if youre the cool gamer kind.
There are 3 fully air conditioned Bedrooms all with king size beds, private bath rooms & bath tubs with consisting all the necessary western amenities. The bedrooms have their own private balconies and all bedrooms have their own 32 Plasma TVs.
An air conditioned Office/Study ready for you to use if you need to. and also a 24 inch Plasma with cable to check the news or Bloomberg to keep up with what is happening in the world outside your little Paradise.
Pls Note: This room is now used as a 4th Bedroom with a King Size Mattress (ONLY for guests exceeding 6).
There is 24h security camera surveillance, safe and an alarm System installed at our lovely home to keep you & your personal belongings safe at all times. A cleaner will come every 3-4 days, (except Sundays) to make sure you really don't have to lift a finger. If you feel like you want to hire a car, motorbikes, scooters (or even a Water Buffalo..) is your own Free parking space in the guest parking area that is of the road, allowing you to have this extra security as well.
We would like to also point out that our 4th bedroom is there as an option to book for more than 6 persons.
We are doing this to help and accommodate even your extra friends because we have found that there many single persons become single couples that like to stay in our lovely White Elegance.
So, pls write to us prior and lets us know how many people you will have staying in our beautiful White Elegance....

Dan & Pomly were very efficient and organising all relevant paperwork and were at the house to meet us and explain everything. The house itself was very good although the showers were a little temperamental in suddenly going very hot and then cold, but maybe that's just the way it is in Pattaya. There was no shower screens in the baths either so it got quite wet outside on the floor , but maybe that is the way it is, but the bathroom floor always got quite a soaking! All bathrooms could be done with being moderinised and freshened up as they let the rest of the house down. Air con worked very well in keeping the bedrooms chilled and also living area. We never used the pool , but it was always available and empty. They very kindly let us stay in the house for a few extra hours which was very much appreciated. At the time we were staying there was a very lot of building works ongoing around the property and area, which is unavoidable, but the noise didn't bother us. All in all a very good stay and would use again.

Fair Warning- Dan and Pomly are such wonderful interesting people- that you will waste valuable beach time preferring to talk to them instead.
OK the house is spotless- 3 bedrooms- 5 baths ( just in case you are downstairs or in the office ). It has a large shared pool- perfect for laps- but very rarely was anyone using it- so it felt private.. Beds comfortable- air cond. works perfectly. Terraces. A beautiful kitchen ( that we never used-) restaurants in Thailand are too good and cheap.
I have been to Pattaya at least 35 times and i am used to staying in Central Pattaya - that's where the hoards are- with umbrellas stacked in long rows 5 deep and constantly the big boats land to take people to the islands , plus the noise of jet skis.
Here at the end of soi 4 ( make sure Dan tells you about the secret staircase- i didn't notice it and walked to soi 5) there is a neat row of single umbrellas on a nearly deserted beach. with a cool beach bar
At the other end of soi 4 there are baht buses that go up second road- plus taxis and motorbikes very nearby.
All in all - the 6 of us had a sensational time....and what bad can you say about a man who tells you he will teach you to drive a motorbike the next time you rent.
