Quartier assez calme Appartement était spacieux, propre, convient très bien pour un couple, Correctement équipé Douche moderne Cuisine agréable mais très peu de couverts et pas de min pour cuisiner sel poivre épices huile pas exemple Très proche d’une plage, très proche de très bons restaurants Métro a plus ou -1 km
Bruyant mal insonorisé : Exemple : À partir de . 6:30 on entend les voisins du haut, nettoyage aspirateur, chien qui aboie . Hier et avant hier pareil avec les travaux en plus ; forage , percage, déménagement de meubles qu’on fait glisser au sol . Problème d’insonorisation. ++++ Et le chantier jusque devant avec ses échafaudages qui gâchent complètement la vue sur mer . Un vrai appartement de luxe : bof bof Et quand je vous demande de rester 3 heures de plus, vous me demanderz 40 € supplémentaire Avouez que c’est quand même pas très correct.
