“Communication and handling were excellent. The location was also ideal: it was not far to Tönnies, the harbor, and the metro station was easily accessible.”

“What I did not like was that the Booking.com listing explicitly stated that the accommodation had two bedrooms, which was actually a requirement for us. However, there was only one bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room, which was already extremely worn out. Sleeping on it was not particularly comfortable. The whole room also looked rather run-down.”

Close to port and nice

Nice apartment, clean, close to the port- like 8 minutes by cab. The price was amazing and Georgios was very nice. He reached out to make sure I knew how to get into the building. He provides refreshments for sale which could be useful if you're not going out. Also had a Nespresso machine.

Some things needed to be fixed as they were worn down but it didn't really affect our stay. Pillows were really high and hard.

Comfortable space, close to the port!

It was a very nice apartment with a lot of space, everything you need to cook and relax. It is close to grocery stores and restaurants, it’s also close to the port if your are taking a boat it’s within walking distance.

Nice little cozy apartment

First of all I want to thanks Giorgio for his great welcoming. He is the greatest guy in Piraeus. We been offered a shuttle service from Athens Airport to the apartment which included a great tour to the Opera Building in Piraeus. The apartment was very well equipped and our expectations was exceeded. Ευχαριστώ Τζόρτζιο

Super convenient and clean - good value for money

Giorgio is super responsive, friendly and helpful. We got an upgrade to an apartment closer to the port. It was clean and perfect for getting to the port easily (walking!). We were 5 people and arrived at different hours. He organised by brother's pick up and opened the doors of the building/apartment for him in the middle of the night so I wouldn't have to get out of bed! I would certainly recommend! Thank you, Giorgio!

Great host and good location.

Location was good, a good 10 minute walk to the harbour, depending on how much luggage you have! Giorgio is a wonderful host, very helpful and great communication. There is an honesty policy with the fridge contents, a cold drink was very much appreciated on arrival. He arranged to give us lift to the airport and was a delightful tour guide! Pointing out places of intresest and a scenic coastline drive. Thanks Giorgio, it was much appreciated.

We only stayed one night each side of visiting the islands so the second bedroom wasn't a problem. If youre staying longer, Maybe? I'm only being super fussy.

Giorgio the owner is the sweetest guy. He offered to pick us from the airport for a good price and showed us great view for the athens. He also had some great recommendations for our trip to Ios. The apartment is small but comfortable and well equipped. We will definitley choose it for our next stay in Athens or Pireus!

Perfekt ;)

Giorgio ist super!!! Hat uns persönlich am Flughafen abgeholt, ist mit uns durch die Stadt gefahren und hat uns tolle Orte gezeigt. Die Nähe zum Hafen Piräus war auch super! Die Wohnung ist süss eingerichtet und bietet mehr als genug für einen kurzen Aufenthalt.
