L’appartement est très bien situé. Très bon matelas. Proche du métro et pas très loin du centre ville. Très faisable à pied également pour ceux qui aiment marcher.
Un supermarché est également présent à 500 mètres environ. Quartier calme et bars et restaurant dans l’avenue.
Globalement je conseille cet établissement.
La prise en compte de l’appartement a été un peu rapide.
Pas de micro ondes. La machine à café chauffe très difficilement. Pas de capsules pour le café à l’arrivée.
Le paiement de la taxe de séjour en espèces m’a un peu surpris…

Apartament petitet però moooolt net. El matalàs extremadament còmode!! Tot molt net. Dutxa una mica petita. La cafetera amb càpsules no funcionava perquè no escalfava l'aigua. I no hi havia microones. A part d'això, la cuina tenia de tot, amb rentaplats i rentadora inclosa. I el millor... el silenci de la zona, de l'edifici i del veïnat. Sostres alts i sensació d'espai a l'habitació.

The location is totally fine — about 4–5 minutes to the metro, and there’s also a tram stop even closer that takes you to the city center in just a few stops. The building is set in a courtyard, and the windows don’t face the street, so it’s extra quiet and peaceful. The apartment has a terrace, which is great — small but just enough :) Nice bathroom, good kitchen, decent-sized room and bed. Fast Wi-Fi, air conditioning, hairdryer, kettle… everything you need for a comfortable stay
