Bluewater 1501

The view from the balcony was absolutely breathtaking. It was very nicely decorated. The king bed was comfortable.

Could not enjoy the view from the balcony after dusk due to a bat infestation. They would dive at you, and their droppings were all over the balcony. I made the property aware, although nothing was done besides an apology and partial refund for the inconvenience and exposure to rabies. This property is also in desperate need of a deep clean. The furniture is filthy, baseboards, around the toilets, even the bedspread was made up with stains on it. The mattress is stained on the sides in the king bedroom and needs an encasement on it. The queen bedroom balcony door gets stuck if you open it, and the only help was being "walked through" how to put it back on the track. Also, the mattress in that room is uncomfortable. There is a "security" man that walks around handing out violations for silly things like leaving wet, sandy shoes by the door to dry. Because that is the concern over bats. The outlets don't work in either the bathroom or part of the kitchen, which is very inconvenient. If I were the owner of this condo, I would look into different property management because it is a beautiful condo with an amazing view. It is just dirty and has bats. Walking by the other condo rooms, you can see through the front windows with blinds that dirt, dead bugs, and filth have just collected there without being cleaned.

The view of the gulf

One of the bedroom doors wouldn’t close

Great view.
