Bluewater is conveniently positioned in Orange Beach, Alabama near an abundance of local boutiques and shops, locally-owned fresh seafood restaurants, and the largest charter boat fleet in the Southeast with over 100 saltwater and in-shore charter fishing choices. There are numerous Alabama Gulf State Park public beach access opportunities nearby. Boating and water-themed activities such as kayaking, paddle boarding, dolphin cruises, and parasailing are plentiful near your home base at Bluewater. Land lovers will be delighted with the close proximity of the Hugh S. Branyon Back Country Trail, which provides hikers and bicyclists a series of seven trails among six ecosystems covering over 15 miles of natural wonder.

• Parking space: 2 cars maximum.
Things to know
• State Identification Card or Driver's License copy will be requested upon booking.
• Traveler must be at least 22 years of age to make a reservation.
• Security camera/recording device — “For your safety and protection, some properties have cameras installed outside. Surveillance cameras are not inside any of our properties.”
• Please note we don't provide beach towels.
• For March 1st to May 1st the minimum age requirement for check-in is 25 years old.
• No boats, jet skis, RVs, boat trailers, or trailers of any kind are allowed per association rules
House rules
• For same day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking.
• NO SMOKING in unit/house as well as the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250.00 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens.
• Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm-8 am. Violators will be charged a $200 fine.
• The condominium association has a STRICT "No Pets" policy. This applies to emotional support animals as they are not covered by ADA. Only ADA compliant service dogs are allowed according to Federal Law.
• Please note: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities, or parking lots.
• No parties or events: Violators will be charged a $500 fine.
• For properties that require parking passes, the host is not able to provide extra passes due to limited space
