As many others wrote we came mostly for the pool.
If you catch it for a good price less than 900 it is probably a good deal
the apartment is very old and unfortunately without proper maintenance. Many things are not working even lights and hot water and many others.

1 bedroom & 1 Livingroom with air con in each room, cooking facility & washing machine (But did not use them). Excellent Wi-Fi and good TV channels. Nice and peaceful
Not a big issue but no toilet paper, soap or bottled water when we arrived and had to buy from local 7-11 store

Wunderbare Anlage mit tollem Poolbereich. 7/11 direct vor der Tür. Ruhiges Haus.
Es ist kein Hotel wie beschrieben sondern ein Wohnhaus ohne Service. Den Schlüssel bekam ich über den Briefkasten und durfte keinem sagen wie lange ich dort wohnen werde.
