Location good. Air con gym. Fantastic pool. Not enough loungers. Cleaned regularly. 7 11 at the main entrance 24 hour security.

My bathroom was in need of maintenance. As were some minor aspects of the apartment. Looking a little dated. But everything worked fine.

Excellent location. Right close to all amenities. Best pool I have ever seen. Pool is the highlight of this property. Economical.

In one room , water heater was not working. Also mosquitos were there made sleep poor. Otherwise fine

This is an Airbnb-style property, with keys collected by contacting the host via WhatsApp or text. The complex itself is large, made up of six or seven interconnected buildings arranged around a central, oasis-style swimming pool. There’s a mix of rooms and apartments in various sizes. The best options are the ground-floor, pool-access apartments—well worth booking if you can find one available. Overall, this place is best suited to families with younger children, who will really enjoy the extensive pool area. One downside is the limited number of sunbeds and loungers. Because the pool is surrounded by buildings, you may find yourself moving around to follow the sun throughout the day. This may suit Thai guests, who generally prefer less direct sun, but Western sun-seekers might find it a little frustrating. My apartment was adequate but felt dated and could definitely use some TLC. As I was travelling alone, it was fine for my needs, but it’s not somewhere I’d rave about in terms of comfort or style. Location-wise, it’s very convenient. There’s a 7-Eleven right at the front of the complex. The beach is about a 10-minute walk away, and the large Yai Mak night market is only 5–6 minutes on foot—perfect for evening food. Daisy D’s on Beach Road is also nearby and good for burgers, ribs, beers, and a game of pool. Plenty of other bars and restaurants are within easy walking distance. For breakfast, I’d recommend Coffee, Be Original, around an 8–10 minute walk away (turn right, then right again up the side soi). It’s well worth the short walk. I stayed here mainly for convenience and price rather than luxury. Transport is easy, with Bolt and Grab readily available. As there are many different hosts offering apartments within this complex, I’d strongly suggest checking a few sets of reviews before booking. Enjoy 👍🏼
