The location was great. Close to a nice public beach and easy to get to everything...we had a rental car. Petronella was great and very responsive when we needed her. The room was roomy for the 5 of us. We liked that we had a specific parking spot just for us. We never had to worry about finding somewhere to park our rental. Also felt never safe as it was in a gated complex.

There were a lot of rules about using the pool which made it not as fun for the kids.

The apartment is super clean and in a great location. It is exactly as it is described. It is in a gated compound of buildings with a shared swimming pool. It is a walking distance from the beach and a big supermarket. We stayed for 2 weeks and we had no issues at all. It felt like home and the property manager Petronela was super helpful and always available. I also want to mention the Petronela took the time upon check in to explain all the facilities and near by attractions and also the break down of the rate and tariffs. Truly a great experience and we will come back again.

A localização não é boa. A praia perto tem acesso ruim, através de um parque que parece abandonado. Fiquei com medo de sair na rua por conta da localização. As exigências para o check out são absurdas para o nível do apartamento e do condomínio, que estão longe de ser referência de limpeza e organização. Você quase entrega o apartamento limpo e ainda tem que pagar taxas por isso. Não faz sentido. A pior estadia da nossa viagem.
