Clean and quiet place ,some of the staff very friendly,professional and helpful. Room acceptable for three starts hotel
Breakfast even I read review before it was booked that is extremely good I need to say,the breakfast was very bad experience. And second thing was mattress on the bed very hard and uncomfortable.

The location close to Antibes and the beach.
Tiny TV and small bed.
No amenities (fridge, kettle,...)
Very basic
Room was not cleaned first day (trash bin full)
Upon friendly comment about it, no apologies.
