The place is just amazing: a green quiet island with palm trees and papaya trees, with the old city wall and and a tower on the property, all this just 3 min away from the center of old Nizwa! It has a nice room with many different lights to create a comfortable atmosphere, a well equipped small kitchen and a great place to sit outside. The host was just wonderful. He picked us up when we had difficulties finding the place, he did everything possible to make our stay memorable. We came as strangers and left as friends!

Tolle Lage. Die Unterkunft liegt zwar nicht im historischen Zentrum, aber alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind zu Fuß innerhalb weniger Minuten zu erreichen. Der Gastgeber war unglaublich hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend und hat mich bei der Planung und Durchführung von Ausflügen sehr hilfreich unterstützt.

A neat and clean, well kept property. The host was very kind, personally met us near Nizwa fort to show us the property, prepared for us Kawah in the morning, gave us a packet of Omani dates, and generally went out of his way to keep us comfortable

You do have to walk through lanes to access the property. Parking can be tight if you have a 4x4, like we did — but nothing not manageable

Gute Lage, guter Preis, der Inhaber war freundlich und digital zu Beginn erreichbar.

Die Matratze war Stein hart! Mit Abstand die schlechteste Nacht in unserem Urlaub, eine Baustelle im Hinterhof hat zu Lärm ab den frühen Morgenstunden geführt. Ein Hahn krähte die ganze Nacht durchgängig. Es ist kein Föhn in der Wohnung vorhanden.
