地點非常方便，距離車站只需三分鐘，十分鐘即可到新宿，住宿週邊也很多好吃的店，房內能夠想到的家具與電器都有，非常貼心

浴室偏小，房間在三樓，身材高大或行李若很多的旅客需注意

設施齊全，有廚房碗盤能用，乾淨整潔，而且也有洗衣機

晚上睡覺時有一點電車聲，浴室小了一點

I like the location, peaceful and quiet in a suburb area and near eateries and a supermarket.

The apartment is located on the 3rd floor, so you need to carry your suitcases up a fair bit.

Great location not far from Shinjuku in a residential neighbourhood which allowed us to live like locals for a few days. Host was incredibly helpful and responsive. Allowed us to check in early as we had a very early arrival into Tokyo. Apartment was spotless and had all items needed in the kitchen and bathroom. Air con worked well and made the apartment lovely and warm. Plenty of food options nearby with restaurants, fruit and veg shop and konbini all in close proximity. Very close to train station allowing fast access to almost anywhere you would want to go in Tokyo as a tourist. Overall amazing value for money despite the below negatives.

The bed was a little uncomfortable and the linen wasn’t great as the sheets wouldn’t stay on the bed. There also weren’t any extra pillows. The sofa bed wasn’t suitable for sleeping, it basically folded out to a paper thin layer on the floor so my 10 year old had to co sleep.
