Excellent apartment.

Not the case. Everything was excellent.

Nice spacey luxury apartment (5th floor) with balcony and quite inner courtyard. Everything you need. AC keeps you cool in the heatwave. Wash&Dry or cook meals if you want too. Once you step outside the building you are in the heart of Budapest. Also nice price value. Contact with host was minimal because everything from check in/out was great and self explanatory. No cleaning service, but you can wash and change sheets if you need to. Enough towels. I am sure the hosts would have helped out, if I needed something. Thanks! Will recommend.

The mandatory app to checkin or upload personal Information is quite annoying though. From the UX perspective. You can easily cancel your reservation because there is no back/cancel button. I never got a successful confirmation of my actions, it was always loading and loading. Closing and reopening app has the effect that everything went through or was uploaded. It needs a big UX polish.

Κατά την άφιξη μας δεν υπήρχε κανείς στη ρεσεψιόν παρόλο που είχα ενημερώσει για την ώρα άφιξης, ώστε να μας δώσει την κάρτα για να μπορούμε να χρησιμοποιήσουμε το ασανσέρ που θα μας οδηγούσε στο δωμάτιο, περιμέναμε μισή ώρα έξω από το ξενοδοχείο να έρθει κάποιος, αγενές προσωπικό στη ρεσεψιόν, η απουσία καθαρίστριας και η μη αλλαγή σεντονιών ύστερα από 4 διανυκτερεύσεις καθώς και το ότι έπρεπε να πετάξουμε μόνοι μας τα σκουπίδια μας (πρώτη φορά μου συμβαίνει αυτό)
