It's very clean and close to the capital. Convenient to go anywhere. There are also several Japanese and Korean restaurants and a convenience store downstairs.
The toilet wobbles when you sit on it, probably because the lime or adhesive at the bottom isn't properly secured.
The bed is a bit soft, and sleeping on it for too long makes my lower back uncomfortable, it might just be a personal issue for me.

WiFi was fast and consistent. The host Terence was very attentive. He checked after arrival that I was well settled and had sufficient paper. Good view of Jelutong and straits from the floor. Kitchen was sufficient for my needs. Washing machine worked well, sufficient powder provided. Plenty of space for storage.
Some distance from George Town about 1.5km. However, I don't personally mind walking.
