WiFi was fast and consistent. The host Terence was very attentive. He checked after arrival that I was well settled and had sufficient paper. Good view of Jelutong and straits from the floor. Kitchen was sufficient for my needs. Washing machine worked well, sufficient powder provided. Plenty of space for storage.
Some distance from George Town about 1.5km. However, I don't personally mind walking.

Das Apartment ist sehr gut ausgestattet, selbst Waschpulver ist vorhanden. Einzig Kaffeelöffel gab es nicht, was für mich aber kein Problem war. Auch ein Zahnputzset, Duschgel und Shampoo lagen bereit. Das Bett ist sehr bequem. Im Haus gibt es einen Fitnessraum, den ich fast jeden Tag genutzt habe. Bushaltestellen gibt es in beide Richtungen nicht weit vom Haus.

Really neat and tidy room. Came with toiletries, towels and shampoo. Bottled water was also included, which was a nice touch. The rooms were very spacious and the wifi was good for surfing the web and watching youtube. Only comes with two pillows, but you can get an extra pillow from the pullout bed. Parking was not as bad as expected, though I drove in a sedan car (Vios).
The bedroom air conditioner's power seems to also be linked to the power in the living room? It was a minor inconvenience.
