It was clean. Had everything we needed for the most part.
No hand soap. We brought our own. Only one full size towel though there was two people in the room. Wish there was one more pillow per bed.

The pool and how close it was to the parks.
There was no available staff the whole duration of our stay. And if there was they didn’t speak English so was no help.. I was stranded outside for a good chuck of our first stay there as I never received the code to get into the room and again no staff around to help out! I called about 3 numbers but we reached them after hours which is crazy to have for a resort/airbnb/hotel.. there should be workers at all times or at least an after hours line! I ended up having to call booking.com themselves for them to get in contact with the owner so I can get in my room.. that was at 9/10 at night! No partial refund or compensation as they said I would have to cancel my reservation completely to get my money returned.
