White Oak 51 with Wintergreen Advantage

Accommodations looked just like the pictures. There were three rooms on three different floors so we all had our own space. The resort itself has amazing amenities- pool, gym, hot tub, spa. Location was serene, and we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and to make our own meals, as well as washer and dryer. The unit was cozy and well decorated! Easy checkout and the staff was great.

Overall, the space was clean- however, the towels in the downstairs bathroom were slightly damp. There were dirty hand towels stuffed in the drawers that i thought were clean (they were not) and random clutter- found paper cups with someone's name on it for a graduation party in 2023 and loose odds and ends in the laundry room. The outside patio furniture was haphazardly arranged with leaves and debris under the table. The patio was a selling point with booking the unit, but cleaning it seemed more like an afterthought. Downstairs room was dark, with some of the lights unplugged or wouldn't turn on.
