Luis was very attentive and responded quickly. Additionally, he added a personal touch of checking in with me not just about the property by about how I was doing, personally and wanting me to enjoy my first trip to Rio. It was customer service above and beyond.

First let me say that there is nothing luxurious about this one room studio. The location was both its best asset and its worst asset. The noise level coming from outside was awful! Centrally located on the intersection of two very busy streets with traffic noise at all hours of the day. Also, there were restaurants/bars playing very loud music on a regular basis. Essentially, it was quiet between 3-5am.
The kitcken area was unusable. NO pots and pans that could be used to do anything. There was no "dining" area which could be used to put a plate on and eat . Also, the pillows that were provided were rock hard ... had to go out and buy new pillows and pillow cases. I would not stay at this same location again. There are better units available for similar pricing.
