Marco is a wonderful and accommodating host who cares about his guests and their experience. The apartment is very comfortable with a small kitchen that seems to be pretty well stocked ( but I didn’t cook ) and a full size refrigerator. There is a small smart TV in the living room. One of the best things I think he has is a Water filtration unit which gives both room temperature and cold water ready to drink! There’s plenty of hot water for the shower. Marco has tried to have everything for a traveler and he even has nice lights by each side of the bed. The AC works well and is on the Firewall in the kitchen area. But the apartment is small enough that it cool is the entire place very well. The apartment is located near the elevator on the first floor which makes it very accessible and quick to get to. The building entrance has a locked gate and there is a man monitoring the gate and building 24 hours. There are restaurants all around and market within a few blocks. The National inn Hotel is across the street which makes it a great reference to use for Uber. It’s a few blocks from the Beach . The apartment was very quiet other than when they had a big party downstairs on Saturday. The party stopped at a reasonable hour. I was so happy with my choice I would love to stay there again. Marco is an exceptional host. He even has a map on the wall showing the subway stops and he’ll explain how to use the system. Again he is a very kind and helpful host.
