La habitación Muy linda y limpio. Hasta batas de baño nos dejaron.
Se metió una araña super gigante al baño en la madrugada y nos daba miedo que pudiera irse a la cama o a nuestras maletas. Es el único bicho que vimos. Se que es complicado controlar ese tipo de situaciones pero tuvimos la maña suerte que nos tocó a nosotros.

Great location. Room has everything you need. Very quiet. Pool was fun. AC worked well.
Check in was very unpleasant: never got my room information as promised, got to the hotel in the heat to discover an apathetic staff member who was reluctant to help or call the owner for the missing info.
In general, the staff is not very friendly.
It’s the only hotel I stayed in Mexico where there was no access to filtered water, so don’t forget to buy your bottle before arriving here.

The room was simple but big enough.
Value per money: it was far too expensive for a room without cable tv, with a very weak shower stream and not hot enough. The pool was useless because it was also too cold.
And the location: it's far from the beaches so you miss the point of being on the island. It was so disappointing that we decided to shorten the stay in a day.
