El alojamiento estuvo bien, la laguna y su ubicación nos gustaron mucho.
Tuvimos un problema importante con el personal. La persona encargada del alojamiento metió un día a más de 14 personas entre familiares y amigos y ocuparon todas las áreas comunes desde el asador, alberca, palapa, kayaks, jardín, comedor exterior. Tuvimos que encerrarnos en nuestro cuarto ya que no pudimos hacer uso de las áreas comunes ya que tenían música y estaban tomando alcohol. Llegaron desde las 10am y se fueron casi 9pm.

Te klein zwembad en zon faciliteiten voor het aantal gasten. Harde bedden Beetje weinig te doen in Xul-ha dus voor alles naar Bacalar

L’emplacement, au calme, au bout de la lagune, certes c’est moins transparent qu’à certains endroits de la lagune mais c’est paisible, l’eau est très bonne, le ponton donnant accès directement dans l’eau. L’appartement était super, confortable. Et le personnel est adorable.
