Mountain Exzelent Residence - Luxury Alpine Apartments

Posizione e tranquillità

Mancanza di una persona di riferimento

Velice pěkný hotel i místo. Blízko obchod i restaurace.

The building is really nice and located in a very beautiful peaceful location surrounded by mountains. The apartment itself is also modern, has big windows with amazing view. They have great parking, both undeground and outside which was very convenient.

Apartment turned out to be smaller than expected, plus it was written that there are 2 bathrooms with shower and bidet, but in reality it was 1 bathroom and 1 extra toilet. For 4 girls it was a disaster situation : ) also on the 2nd floor and in the kitchen there was lack of light, some bulbs didnt work, unfortunately it was not fixed when we asked for it. Also strangely there is no bin in the toilet - women will understand... Another issue that we had was bin in the kitchen. It smelled like someone who lived before us puked inside this bin, and bin was not cleaned properly so the smell stayed. I informed few times the maintenance about the smell and asked to change the bin itself, but they just replaced the bin bag and the terrible smell remained. Also dishwasher was not emptied when we moved in, which is strange and makes you doubt the cleaning overall. Also coffee machine had old used capsules left from previous tenants. If the management will fix issues with maintanance of apartments and cleaning, it will be great place that I could recommend, but for now it was a bit frustrating.
