Rainbow Bay Private Pool & Hot Tub

Great location, quiet street but close to beach, lookouts and shops.

Instructions for getting in could be better.

The location is excellent and the apartment is very spacious with plenty of room. The apartment was also very clean. There were plenty of cooking facilities, crockery etc for a longer stay. The view is also lovely looking up and down Boundary street. Given the aspect the balcony gets morning and afternoon sun.

There is limited off street parking as its a very popular spot, especially on the weekends. The pool also was not private, the tenants downstairs have access and their door is open all the time so we didn't use it as we were not comfortable. There are also some general maintenance issues. We noticed the pool had missing tiles on the bottom, the handrails going up the two flights of stairs are not properly affixed to the wall and also the showers and toilets had some issues (shower head not staying up, toilet buttons coming off), some of the cupboards and drawers in the kitchen need new hinges and runners as they come off. One of the burners on the BBQ doesn't work as the switch is broken so we didn't use it. Appreciate that some of this is as a result of the great location near the ocean so rust is always a problem due to the sea air. The couch also feels like its needs replacing and has been well used. A little bit of maintenance will make a huge difference to an otherwise lovely property in a fantastic location.
