Location, size
All rubbish bins were full and not emptied until Wednesday.. we arrived on Friday second bedroom only a double bed.. a w/s would have been better .. single bed bases quicker so had to have mattress only on the floor … frying pans need replacing .. unusable.. no BBQ

Location close to the beach and shops, plenty of space for the family. Multiple living areas. Double lockup garage for parking.
A bbq would have been nice to use in the outdoor area. Bins overfull on arrival and small for size of the property. No spare bin liners inside. Shower drains were blocked with hair and water overflowing out of shower had to clean both shower drains.
