Absolutely beautiful well stocked house. Owner was available for questions and comments. Property is amazing and the views are outstanding.
It’s about an hour from Waikiki. So every time we wanted to go somewhere was a longer drive. However, the pricing is better because of the location and the place itself was fabulous. There were a couple of pieces missing in a rental house, which I either placed there myself or talk to the owner about with some suggestions. And they were very gracious.

The house was beautiful. The added pingpong, air hockey and foosball provided additional opportunities to entertain. Finding hidden gems in the community by walking such as identifying the bird calls after day one.

Location, cleanliness, comfort.
Minor issues that can be resolved - loose toilet seat in master bathroom; washer & dryer has bad odor, mold along rubber of the washer; could be resolved by leaving the doors open to air out.
