We love that youâll enjoy our home, but we kindly remind you that only registered guests are allowed. If youâre unsure about whether your stay falls under these restrictions, please reach out to us before booking. Just ask!

Thereâs parking for 2â3 cars in front of the driveway and 1 spot available inside the garage. Additional roadside parking is available for your convenience.
đŸ Pet Policy:
For the health and safety of all our guests, we allow 1 small pet (30 lbs or under) with an additional fee paid at booking of $100. We use thorough cleaning procedures after every check-out to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness.
đ Community Pool and Hot Tub:
The brand-new community heated pool and hot tub will be available daily from 7am to 9pm. Please use the FOB key by the garage inside the home. Do not lose FOB key, $50 replacement cost. FOB key is located by the powder bathroom hanging on the wall.

A fitness and recreation center will be available next door to our home in the community center.

The community pool was 1 minute walking distance. Enjoyed the jacuzzi one evening, the teens in our group spend more time at the pool.
What was really nice, was having so many pairs of crocs avaliable, and 6 lounge chairs for the beach, there is also snorkeling gear available, yet we used ours.
Is 6 minutes drive from the beach, and Pokay bay is really nice and calm, we snorkeled with sea turtles everyday. Great location if you're looking for mountains, rainbows and beach.
