Modern Apartment Playa Honda in Playa de Las Americas

We had a very nice stay at this apartment. The host was friendly and welcoming, met us on arrival, gave us the keys, and explained everything we needed to know. He was also always quick to respond to our messages. The apartment was clean, comfortable and practical, with everything we needed, and the terrace was a lovely bonus. The location is excellent — there is a bus stop nearby with connections to the airport and other destinations, as well as supermarkets within walking distance. A beautiful palm-lined promenade leads towards the beach, making the walk there especially pleasant. There is also free parking available on the street, which was very convenient. On our last day, the host’s colleague came to collect the keys and say goodbye. Overall, a very pleasant and comfortable stay. We would happily come back.

No aircondition

Bellissima struttura, comoda e centrale

Good location

Apartment was OK. Host was very rude. Our flight was delayed and we were 15 minutes late due to poor directions from the host. The host was very grumpy and insisted that we paid a late check in fee. When we were leaving the apartment, we had to remind the host that we were checking out and required our deposit. We had to wait 30 minutes. Once again he was rude and unpleasant.
