Comfortable accommodation: beds, appliance, AC, etc
Poor internet service: Very good, but don't promise internet 24/7 if you can't deliver it.
Rented this in a non peak time in 2026: May. Everything was fine, except one Major flaw. Only average internet during the day. None during evening. For the price I paid, expected to have excellent internet service, instead the owner chose to provide the building's internet system (SeaView's) vs. their own. Many other owners in the building set up their own, but this owner did not. And I had to work in the evening. Had to go to a coffee shop when I needed internet after 5:30 PM. Message to Owners: spend a few bucks, especially since you charge a premium rate for the rental, and fix this. Set up your own. Especially during the upcoming "high-season" when there will be a lot of traffic on that shared internet system and rental guests might not even get internet during the day.
